Project Jensen Healey
1. First we remove all fittings, then we cut away rust
areas, remove panels as necessary and weld in new metal.
2. Then all bodywork is checked for imperfections and flatting of panels is undertaken with a
machine. When all panels are ready we put our first coats of primer on, this
is allowed to dry and when hard is hand flatted to make sure it is flat.
3. Once prepared it then goes into the spray area where it is cleaned and masked
ready for painting, after the paint has been applied and allowed to dry, the car is then reflatted all over with very fine paper in preparation for
polishing. All our paintwork is hand finished in this way to give that
superior finish to your bodywork.
